By downloading, installing, or using Plusm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
Plusm offers optional subscription plans that unlock additional features:
Plusm may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. When the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds independently.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculation results will be accurate in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in calculations or data loss.
Plusm is available to users of all ages (rated 4+). No age restriction is required to use the App.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, code, and content, are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except as expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
